Colleagues and Friends,

Welcoming you all to the wonderful city of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

We are truly delighted to invite you all to actively participate in the upcoming meeting, The 23rd Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Society of Neurological Surgeon (ISNS) in conjunction with The WFNS Educational Course on August 6th – 8th, 2019 at Tentrem Hotel, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

The theme chosen is Global Neurosurgery in Indonesia: Bridging the Services to the Developing Regions.

The scientific committee are currently developing the scientific program. Aside from the prestigious WFNS Educational Course; the Indonesian Society meeting will showcase speakers from all corners of Indonesia presenting their unique cases and experiences. The meeting will start on August 6th with ISNS meeting and continue with WFNS Educational Course on the afternoon of August 7th.  All meetings will be closed on August 8th and afterward please continue enjoying Yogyakarta. We would like to also invites as many as possible presenters to submit their scientific abstract. Please submit through congress website upload or secretariat email.

Yogyakarta is regarded as special region in Indonesia.  This century old town is full of heritage sites. The world wonders Borobudur Temple (The world’s largest Buddhist temple), Prambanan Temple (UNESCO world heritage site Hindu Temple), Kraton Palace, Jomblang Cave,  Kalibiru National Park, Volcanic Mount Merapi and many more. Do not forget also to shop for unique souvenir, Wayang Puppet, Batik clothing and panting. Plus, the variation of traditional culinary Gudeg Rice, Bakpia (sweet filing pie) and many more.

Since 2016 Indonesian government has granted 169 countries for tourist free visa. Please check the conference website for more details information. The closest airport to the congress venue is Adisutjipto International Airport, Yogyakarta (YOG) and it will only take 30 minute’s drive from airport to the congress venue. Official airport taxi with fix rate is widely available and it will cost you not more than USD10 to reach congress venue and city center.

Please block the dates and we promise you a wonderful and memorable meeting. Your registration fee includes daily buffet lunch, coffee break with hot snack and Cultural Gala Dinner with full buffet course and unique performances.
